Waterford in your Pocket was set up as a facebook page during the summer of 2013 with the aim of promoting Waterford's many wonderful features. At the time, it was difficult to find up to date information about events and activities around the city and county. The aim was to provide our followers with daily information relating to Waterford, which is what we continue to do to this day. As our facebook community grew, we decided to create a full website to better organise our updates. With your help and the backing of the Waterford people and its international visitors, we can grow to provide Waterford with a constantly updated information hub that Waterford deserves.
Waterford in your Pocket aims to provide constantly fresh content to the people of Waterford and our many international visitors. As well as offering news and information on the latest events and happenings in our beautiful county, we also share a wealth of information about our history and culture. Take a look at our Things to do section to get a taste of what Waterford's all about.
